In the Normal Mode when you choose a part the emoticon will
be create, and you spent one Use for each click.
In the Save Mode you can choose some parts of the emoticon,
and when you finish you can click Create the Emoticon, you only spent
one Use.

When you finish your face you can download it with right click and
"Save Image as...".
